1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using 21-Day Challenge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use 21-Day Challenge. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before using the Service.
3. Your account
An account is optional. If you choose to create one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
- Be responsible for activity that happens on your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
- Scrape, abuse, or overload our systems.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Bypass security or rate limits, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
5. Your content
You own the challenges, journal entries, notes, and other content you create in 21-Day Challenge ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, sync, and display Your Content solely so we can provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for Your Content. Don't include anything unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to share.
6. Plans & billing
21-Day Challenge offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Ultra Pro plans. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) using your selected payment method, until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime in the app or via your app store subscription settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
- We may change our prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at their renewal price.
7. Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund policies. For any other purchases, please contact us at info@ilomatechnology.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (other than Your Content), is owned by iLoma Technology and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal habit tracking.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from the account deletion page or in-app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or as required by law. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLoma Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in India, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
